Queen Sonja's school prize is awarded to a school that has been excellent in practicing equality and inclusion every year. This year it is the multilingual and multicultural school, Fagerlund School in Brumunddal, which comes out with the crown.

Fagerlund School is located in Brumunddal, northeast of the city center. The school was commissioned in 2006, is built for three parallels and can accommodate 588 students. The school is multicultural with 28 nations and 24 languages and has native and bilingual teaching in several languages.
